With the number of healthcare procedures escalating every year as the population ages, there’s a high demand for skilled specialists in patient information technology and medical billing and reimbursement. Medical Office Professionals are the experts on patient data that doctors, nurses and other providers rely on to perform their jobs.

Program Graduation Requirement: Students must earn a grade of C (2.0) or higher in all technical courses as a prerequisite to MOP 290. Students must earn a grade of C (2.0) or higher in their clinical internship in order to graduate.

Note: Students are required to use a laptop or notebook computer for this program. Students may purchase a laptop from Mitchell Tech or bring their own device that meets Mitchell Tech specifications.
