AOS 263 Online Reputation Managment

In this course, students will take on the role of a communications manager for a fictional organization, making key decisions that will affect its online reputation. Topics covered will include building a robust and sustainable online reputation; the benefits of a strong participatory culture; managing social media issues based on real-life examples; and techniques for managing a crisis and responding appropriately across multiple platforms.
