Students with Disabilities

All enrolled students with disabilities have equal access to all programs and activities at Mitchell Technical College offered in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA) of 2008. Most programs have minimum physical standards that students must meet. Individual program standards can be reviewed with an Admissions representative.
