Illness, Accidents or Injuries
Accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring during classroom or laboratory time or during a school-sponsored activity, must be reported to an instructor or school official. Each accident must be reported in writing to the Vice-President of Operations within twenty-four (24) hours of the incident. Liability regarding accidents is not assumed by the school. Students who fail to adhere to safety practices may be terminated from the program. Mitchell Tech will contact health care personnel when necessary at the expense of the student.
