Change of Address/Phone
The address and telephone number a student provides at the time of application will be considered the legal, home permanent address and phone number of the student. It is the student’s responsibility to provide an address where the student will be located while attending classes and to notify the Registrar if the address or telephone number changes at any point during the student’s enrollment at MTC. For federal compliance purposes, Mitchell Tech has defined time of enrollment to be the first day of a semester. The location at time of enrollment of students attending distance education (online) programs is determined using the current address in MTC’s student information system. Students attending face-to-face programs will be assumed to be residing in South Dakota at the time of enrollment.
