Harassment

The staff, administrators and students of Mitchell Tech are responsible for maintaining a working and learning environment free from sexual or other forms of harassment. Mitchell Tech policy states that sexual harassment or other unwelcome sexual advances, requests for favors or other inappropriate conduct of a sexual nature are unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Any Mitchell Tech employee or student who violates the policy will be subject to disciplinary action. (See Policy Mitchell Tech 115.)
